On site support £45 per hour.

Workshop Repair (You bring the PC or Laptop to me)  £30 per hour.

If the issue is software related I also offer support over the phone and  internet by remote controlling your computer.  This is also charged at £30 per hour.

All services are no fix no fee.  After inspecting the computer I will inform you the estimated cost allowing you to decide to proceed or not.  The cost per hour does not include any parts which may be required, although you will be informed of their cost before the work is carried out.

The on site and workshop repair options are only available in Bath or Bognor Regis depending on my current location.
